The D0 experiment has been upgraded to fully exploit the potential of the RunII of the Tevatron Collider at Fermilab. The Silicon Tracker in D0 was fully installed during the Spring of 2001, and has recently been fully commissioned. The talk will give an overview of its status. The performance and efficiency of clustering and tracking will be presented in some detail.
