If you wish to give a talk or to present a poster, please submit a short (one page) abstract to Frank Bello Garrote.
The book of abstracts will be distributed to the participants at the registration desk. There will be no proceedings book; however, the oral presentations will be put on the workshop website if permitted by the contributor.Please use following template for document preparation with LaTeX and send in the TeX and PDF file.
In case you are experiencing difficulties with the template, you may also use this plain text version instead.
For the speakers, please provide us with the slides as early as possible, but at least the evening before you presentation.

You can also provide your email address to receive a confirmation email. It includes a link that you can use to update your slides if you find a mistake.
A technical note: The presentation computer uses Windows 7 and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Although it is possible to use animated presentations with Powerpoint 2010, we strongly recommend the conversion to a PDF document.
In the unlikely case that you experience problems with the upload, please feel free to contact us personally. We also recommend to have the slides as a back-up on a USB stick in case of technical problems.
PostersThere will be a dedicated poster session on Monday afternoon. The poster stands are 90 cm x 120 cm.
Conference feesThe fees include welcome reception and the conference dinner.

The payment is executed via UiOs E-pay system, which accepts VISA-, MasterCard and EuroCard.A limited number of fee waivers will be available for participants at any career stage who are experiencing currency difficulties or financial hardship. Please send letter of application stating why you need a fee waiver to conference organizers by 1. March.
CancellationCancellation of participation:
All cancellations must be made in writing to the conference organizers.
- For cancellations received by 1 May 2017, there will be reimbursement of 100% of the fees paid (less credit card fees, 2.6%).
- No reimbursements will be made for cancellations received after 1 May 2017.
- Please note that there will be no refund for no-shows.
